Automatic Hanger Machine

1500 Ramp-Lock

1498 Ramp-Lock
The 1498 Ramplock is an alternative to riveted Spring Tabs found on the backs of larger poster frames. Unlike the individual spring tabs that need to be riveted on to the frame, the 1498 is coil fed and uses a rosette to secure the part into the material. We offer two application machines for this part. A single head machine is suggested for small to medium production while a six head machine is used for high volume production.
